Who we are

What Erindra is

Erindra is a reminder and organization tool for your own medication reminders: you create reminders for medication you have chosen or been prescribed, and the app reminds you and lets you log that a dose was taken. Erindra is not a medical device, does not diagnose, does not calculate doses, does not assess interactions, and does not give medical advice. Erindra does not replace your doctor or pharmacist.

AI reading and your responsibility

Erindra can use AI to read text from a photo of a box or medication list and suggest a name, dose and times. AI reading can be wrong — sometimes in ways that look convincing. Suggestions are only a reading of the label's text; they are not medical advice, and Erindra never assesses whether a medication, dose or combination is right for you.

You must always check the name, dose and times against the original label or your medication list before creating a reminder — the app actively asks you to confirm this at every scan suggestion. As a user, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you use to create reminders. If in doubt about your medication, contact your doctor or pharmacist, and always follow their instructions over the app's.

Your use of the app

You use Erindra for your own, lawful, personal use. All data — medication list, reminders, scan photos — is stored only on your device; you are responsible for your device's security (such as a passcode) and for who you may share your screen or receipts with.

Purchases and subscription

Erindra Pro is sold and handled by Apple via the App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple's own terms and standard EULA, which applies in addition to these terms for everything relating to the purchase itself. We never receive your payment details.

Limitation of liability

Erindra is provided as-is. Sandet Apps assumes no liability for loss or damage resulting from misread, delayed or unchecked information, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Termination

You may stop using Erindra at any time by deleting the app — all local data is deleted with it. Any Erindra Pro subscription is cancelled through Apple.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Changes

If we update these terms, we change the date at the top, and any significant changes are noted in the app's release notes.
